Even though there were 5 cars ahead of me, once I got in the staff was very helpful, quick, personable, and responsive. I felt like I knew what they were doing every step of the way, and they made recommendations for next time. Great experience!

Love coming here. Everyone is super friendly and fast. Love being able to watch everything they do as I relax in my vehicle. Ever since I moved here LOF is my place to do oil changes.

The oil change service went very quickly and smoothly. The customer service was amazing. They didn't try to sell me a million things that my car doesn't need. You may be able to find a place to do it for a little less, but the price was certainly reasonable. Would certainly recommend.

Great service and friendly, got a oil change and tire rotation. Moved quickly and didn't wait long. Only thing was that they did not put the cover on the engine air filter back on my car, which made it sound weird. Had to fix it myself when I got home. Other than that great service always come here for my oil changes.

I am very unhappy. If you’re looking to be upsold and pressured into being upsold, this is the place to go! Let me explain… First, I was given the following panel of services I need done at 54,000 miles. Something I go to Chevy every oil change for, except this one because I wasn’t able to make an appointment due to my work schedule. However, I have never been given this line of nonsense before. Second, what color is transmission fluid supposed to be? Certainly not green/yellow but that’s what I was told and thankfully I took a picture for proof. Third, I just got home and my husband checked the fluids and they’re all ok and the color they should be. When I said I needed to talk to my husband about the services of a transmission flush and front differential drain/fill, I was asked to give him a call from the lobby as they finished my oil change 45 mins later, only to again be told that the front differential should be done today, because I wouldn’t get $25 off and with the “high mileage” of my vehicle, and that it shouldn’t be something I should wait on. When I said I wasn’t doing it today; I was told I’d have to pay another $90 on another day to be told the same thing, because the
